Writing a Job Ad Title

- Write about the most positive aspects of the position offered by your school or company
- Always use proper capitalization and correct spelling.
- Read other job ad titles and use them as inspiration
- Are you offering a higher salary than your competition? Put it in your job ad title!

Writing a Job Ad Description

- Use proper formatting. Use line breaks, bullets, paragraph indents, etc.
- Write a brief introduction about your school or company.
- Write about a specific job ad.  Include qualifications, requirements and a character profile if necessary.
- Try to avoid long lists of jobs.
- If you are a recruitment company, tell people why you are better than others offering the same service.   
- Give as much detail in the least amount of words possible.
- Include details on how to apply.
- Write about what a teacher is looking for in a teaching position.
